August 14, 2026 – More Reliable Renewals, Quoting, Partner Integrations, and Payment Processing
This release improves how renewal status and policy actions are tracked, makes quote entry and mobile purchases better, strengthens partner integration data, and delivers a series of improvements across finance and vehicle registry reporting.
1. Smarter Policy Renewal Status Tracking
Component: BOP / Underwriting
The policy expiry process now evaluates renewal status as part of its regular run, and the Policy Actions & Warnings list uses severity levels to help distinguish how urgent each item is. Notifications also now clear automatically once the underlying issue has been resolved, keeping the list current.
Value: Gives underwriting and account teams a clearer, more current view of outstanding policy actions, helping them prioritize what needs attention and avoid acting on stale information.
2. More Reliable Quote Form Data Retention
Component: BOP
Fields entered in Motor and House Insurance quote forms are now retained when navigating back within the quote engine, rather than being cleared.
Value: Saves sales agents time and reduces frustration by ensuring previously entered quote details are preserved throughout the quoting process.
3. Enhanced Renewal Data for Partner Integrations
Component: Pricing / Sales / Underwriting
Renewal processing for an external partner integration now checks claims history and includes cashback amount data as part of the renewal flow, with fallback lookup logic to ensure accurate results.
Value: Improves the accuracy and completeness of renewal data shared with partner systems, supporting smoother renewal experiences for customers on partner-distributed products.
4. Better Mobile Purchase Payments
Component: Finance
Payment link creation for quotes purchased via mobile has been improved.
Value: Ensures customers can complete mobile purchases smoothly, reducing abandoned transactions and support inquiries.
4. More Accurate Ownership Data in Vehicle Registry Reporting
Component: Motor Registry
When a vehicle policy is issued with an owner different from the policyholder, that ownership information is now correctly passed through to the external vehicle registry, rather than requiring manual correction afterward.
Value: Reduces manual back-office correction work and ensures registry records accurately reflect vehicle ownership from the moment a policy is issued.
5. Improved Installment Balance Accuracy for Manually Managed Accounts
Component: Finance
Accounts created and managed manually in the back office are now correctly excluded from the automated payment reconciliation process, ensuring their installment balances update accurately when payments are recorded through other means.
Value: Prevents incorrect balance discrepancies on manually handled accounts, reducing manual finance team follow-up and improving the accuracy of account records.
6. More Resilient Instalment Booking & Recovery
Component: Finance
The installment booking process that synchronizes with the external accounting platform has been made more resilient: account status lookups now use more complete identifying information for faster, more accurate results, and booking runs are less likely to be blocked by slow individual requests. Interrupted booking runs are now automatically retried, and the manual recovery option has been strengthened to reliably resolve accounts that previously required extra follow-up.
Value: Reduces stuck or delayed instalment processing, cuts down on manual finance intervention, and ensures payment records stay accurately synchronized with the accounting platform.
Summary:
This release brings meaningful reliability improvements across the customer and back-office journey: clearer renewal status tracking, steadier quote entry, more dependable mobile payments. Alongside these, targeted accuracy work in vehicle registry reporting and finance — including more resilient installment booking and recovery — reduces manual intervention and keeps records trustworthy across the platform.
