June 24, 2026 – Sharper financial visibility, faster customer support, and a more reliable platform
The June 2026 platform release delivers targeted enhancements across claims management, customer support operations, and system reliability — strengthening the Seamless platform's ability to support complex insurance workflows at scale.
1. Claims Payments: Multi-currency claims payment support
- Component: Claims · Finance
The claims finance module now surfaces both the original invoice amount and the converted system payment amount to connected finance providers. Accountants get complete visibility into actual invoice values across currencies — enabling accurate payment processing without manual reconciliation and eliminating the risk of discrepancies caused by currency conversion gaps.
2. Customer support — instant alerts when documents are uploaded
- Component: Service Integration · Customer support
Support teams are now automatically notified — via in-app notification and email — the moment a customer uploads documents to an active support case through the customer portal. This closes a critical gap in case management workflows, reducing response delays and helping teams resolve cases faster with less back-and-forth.
3. Back office — clearer note visibility controls
- Component: Back office portal BOP
The note visibility settings in the back-office portal have been updated with clearer, more intuitive labelling. The redesigned "Level of Visibility" control with explicit access descriptions ("Shared" / "Restricted") helps agents confidently manage sensitive case information, reducing the risk of accidental data exposure.
4. Guarantee module — infrastructure foundations expanded
- Component: Guarantee
Foundational infrastructure improvements have been delivered to the Guarantee module, expanding platform scalability and laying the groundwork for new product capabilities in this area. More to follow in upcoming releases.
5. Migration engine — reliable, deterministic batch processing
- Component: Migration
A targeted fix to the data migration engine resolves a race condition that could leave records stuck during batch processing. Migrations now execute reliably and in deterministic order, reducing operational risk during data onboarding and system transitions.
Summary:
This release is a precision release — targeted improvements that remove friction at critical points in the workflow. Finance teams gain the currency transparency they need to process claim payments accurately. Support teams stay ahead of customer activity without manual monitoring. And the platform itself becomes more dependable during the data migrations that underpin onboarding and growth.
