Restoring full search reliability ensures that agents and back-office staff can instantly locate any policy, reducing manual workarounds and support escalations. This directly improves operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
3. Reinsurance payouts — correct entity mapping, every time

Reinsurance claim payouts have been improved. The improvement results in strengthen reliability of the end-to-end reinsurance financial workflow.
4. Renewal settings — product-level changes now apply at scale

The platform's renewal engine has been corrected to properly honour product-level renewal mode settings. This enhancement gives product managers and underwriters full control over renewal strategies at scale. Changes to a product's renewal mode now correctly cascade to all applicable policies, eliminating the need for manual, policy-by-policy updates.
