May 15, 2026 – Better claims, smarter pricing and stronger security
This release brings meaningful improvements across the platform — from how claims teams triage and filter their workload, to more accurate premium calculations, real-time delivery tracking, and ongoing security investment. Here's what's new.
1. Improved claims list — short description visible at a glance
- Component: Back Office Portal (BOP)
Claims handlers can now read the short description directly in the claims list — no need to open each claim individually. This speeds up triage and prioritisation for high-volume teams. The improvement also ensures claim summaries are correctly included in auto-generated CPI documents, improving downstream reporting accuracy.
2. Better claims filtering
- Component: Claim Service (API)
Filters using greater than, less than, and their inclusive variants on numeric claim fields have been improved. Teams relying on API-driven reports, dashboards, and rule-engine automations can trust their data. Accurate filtering is critical for regulatory reporting, threshold-based alerting, and analytical insights across the claims portfolio.
3. Document delivery — live tracking and flexible partner formats
- Component: Delivery Service, Back Office Portal (BOP)
The delivery integration with third-party print and digital mailbox providers has been significantly enhanced with two key capabilities:
- Flexible payload formats: The platform now supports both ZIP and Base64 outbound formats via configuration, allowing seamless onboarding of distribution partners with varying technical requirements — without code changes.
- Real-time delivery status tracking: A new webhook endpoint enables automatic receipt of delivery status callbacks, giving operations teams live visibility into whether correspondence has been submitted, is pending, or has failed. This status is now also surfaced directly in the Delivery Log UI, reducing manual follow-up and improving SLA monitoring.
These improvements strengthen end-to-end document delivery transparency and reduce integration lead time for new distribution channels.
4. Pricing engine — lookup tables and effective dates
- Component: Pricing, Sales
The pricing engine now delivers greater accuracy when resolving values from multi-column lookup tables and applying effective date ranges. Calculations correctly identify the right lookup column and respect date-based validity windows, ensuring premium quotes are precise across all products and tenants using advanced lookup-based configurations.
5. Platform security — continuous improvement across the .NET stack
-
Component: Configuration, Pricing, Sales, Underwriting
Regular automated code analysis across the .NET service stack has driven a series of targeted improvements to input sanitisation in code-generation paths and query construction. These enhancements strengthen the platform's defences against injection-type vulnerabilities, supporting compliance with industry standards and reinforcing data protection for all tenants.
Summary: This release delivers improvements across claims operations, pricing accuracy, document delivery, and platform security — collectively enhancing operational efficiency, data reliability, and compliance readiness.
