Feature releases Seamless Insure

May 6, 2026 – Better claims, smarter pricing and stronger security

The latest release delivers improvements across six areas of the platform — making claims easier to find and manage, keeping financial workflows moving without interruption, and ensuring the platform stays fast and available under heavy load. Alongside continued security investment and improved localization support, this release reinforces the reliability and compliance readiness that your operations depend on.

1. Registration form localized and easier to complete

  • Component: Back Office Portal (BOP)

The account registration form now fully supports local languages, with translated labels, placeholders, and a standardized country dropdown. This makes the form more intuitive for non-English-speaking users, reduces input errors, and improves data consistency across tenants.

2. Claims management — more granular filtering across product lines

  • Component: Claim, Customer Scoring

Claims filtering now recognizes product-level custom fields, enabling more precise and reliable claim searches. Operators can locate and manage claims more efficiently across diverse product configurations, with no more gaps where product-specific setups were overlooked by the filtering engine.

3.  Search Service — High-Load Resilience

  • Component: Search

The search service has been re-engineered to handle traffic volumes up to 10 times normal load without degradation. Newly created records such as accounts and policies now appear in search results consistently — even during peak API traffic — ensuring continuous data visibility across the platform.

4.  Integration Service — Email Validation Hardening

  • Component: Service Integration

The external integration API now validates recipient email addresses before processing handoff requests. Invalid formats are rejected with clear error messages, preventing downstream delivery failures and improving the reliability of automated communication workflows.

5. Finance — invoice processing enhanced

  • Component: Guarantee

Invoice processing and export workflows have been improved to prevent invoices from getting stuck in a pending state. This reduces the need for manual intervention and ensures financial operations run smoothly end to end.

6. Underwriting — Data Migration Validation

  • Component: Underwriting

Migration job handling for household-level policy amendments has been improved and validated. Policy amendments involving household changes are now processed accurately, maintaining data integrity during account restructuring.

Summary: This release delivers improvements across claims operations, pricing accuracy, document delivery, and platform security — collectively enhancing operational efficiency, data reliability, and compliance readiness.
