April 17, 2026 – Smarter claim payments & UX improvements

We’re rolling out a new Seamless platform release with improvements focused on claim payment control, operational stability, and email/UX polish across the back office.

 

1. Smarter claim payment adjustments

  • Component: Back Office Portal (BOP), Claims

We’re introducing a new capability that gives your team more control before money leaves the door:

  • Adjust or cancel a registered claim payment before it’s sent to the finance system.
  • Quickly correct wrong amounts, currencies or details without manual workarounds.
  • All changes are fully traceable and linked to the original transaction for a clear audit trail.
  • The feature is configurable via settings and permissions.

2. UX & Productivity Improvements

We’ve also delivered several smaller enhancements that improve day‑to‑day work:

  • Cleaner email communication
    Tracked emails render more cleanly and are easier to follow in claim communication threads.
  • Better document handling
    Claim documents can now be renamed after upload, improving search and organisation.
  • General robustness
    Fixes across workflows and integrations to reduce edge‑case errors and “stuck” tasks.
