We’re rolling out a new Seamless platform release with improvements focused on claim payment control, operational stability, and email/UX polish across the back office.
1. Smarter claim payment adjustments
- Component: Back Office Portal (BOP), Claims
We’re introducing a new capability that gives your team more control before money leaves the door:
- Adjust or cancel a registered claim payment before it’s sent to the finance system.
- Quickly correct wrong amounts, currencies or details without manual workarounds.
- All changes are fully traceable and linked to the original transaction for a clear audit trail.
- The feature is configurable via settings and permissions.

2. UX & Productivity Improvements
We’ve also delivered several smaller enhancements that improve day‑to‑day work:
- Cleaner email communication
Tracked emails render more cleanly and are easier to follow in claim communication threads. - Better document handling
Claim documents can now be renamed after upload, improving search and organisation. - General robustness
Fixes across workflows and integrations to reduce edge‑case errors and “stuck” tasks.
