June wrap-up: Compliance-ready policies, smarter claims handling & a more resilient platform
We're excited to share the latest improvements to Seamless Insure! This month's update focuses on regulatory compliance, claims efficiency, and platform stability — giving your teams more control over policy management, less manual work on claims, and a more resilient foundation underneath it all.
📋 Policy & Compliance
Self-service policy withdrawal Customers can now withdraw a policy themselves within the cooling-off period, directly from the Portal or BOP. This brings the platform in line with EU regulatory requirements and takes a recurring manual task off administrators' plates.
Refined withdrawal logic across markets The withdrawal function now supports tenant-level configuration and standardised date handling, so the experience stays consistent and predictable no matter which market a policy sits in.
Swedish translations for withdrawal Swedish-language customers now see clear, accurate wording throughout the withdrawal journey, matching the quality of the rest of the portal experience.
🗂️ Claims Management
Correct loss dates on draft claims Handlers can now edit the loss date on draft claims that aren't yet linked to a policy — fixing data entry mistakes on the spot instead of re-registering the claim from scratch.
Automatic email attachment tracking Attachments from tracked emails are now synced to the relevant claim automatically, so supporting documentation is captured accurately without anyone having to upload it by hand.
Clearer attachment source labels Claim documents now show whether a file was uploaded manually or captured automatically from email, making it easy for handlers to tell them apart at a glance.
Faster claim payment creation A new "Copy from Claim" action in the payment dialog pulls bank details straight from the claim record, cutting down on manual entry and reducing the risk of payment errors.
Notifications for customer document uploads Case assignees now get dashboard and email alerts the moment a customer uploads a document through the portal, so support requests get picked up faster.
Cancelled policies excluded from claim registration Cancelled or fully terminated policies no longer appear in the claim registration list, preventing claims from being linked to policies that shouldn't be in play.
Configurable note visibility Internal notes can now be set to Global, Level 1, or Level 2 visibility, keeping sensitive information away from anyone who shouldn't see it — customers included. Visibility labels have also been renamed and clarified to make the right setting easier to pick.
💰 Finance & Reporting
Multi-currency payments made visible to finance providers Finance integrations now expose both the original invoice amount and the system payment amount, giving accountants what they need for accurate multi-currency processing.
IBAN and Swedish Giro payment support Claim payments now support Bankgiro, Plusgiro, and IBAN transfers alongside Business Central, covering both Swedish domestic and EU-standard banking needs in one place.
🔒 Platform Security & Reliability
Finance processing concurrency improved Booking confirmations are now processed in batches, resolving persistent concurrency errors and making finance processing more reliable at scale.
.NET stack and dependencies upgraded Routine but essential maintenance across the .NET stack keeps the platform secure, performant, and up to date.
Production database stability Recurring high-CPU spikes on the production database have been resolved by optimising underwriting and finance workloads and introducing read replicas — keeping performance steady even under load.
Improved developer documentation for Guarantee module New Scalar-based API documentation makes the Guarantee service easier to integrate with for developers.
What's Next
We're continuing to invest in compliance, claims efficiency, and platform resilience. Stay tuned for more updates in the July 2026 release.
