**April 17, 2026 –** Smarter claim payments & UX improvements

We’re rolling out a new Seamless platform release with improvements focused on **claim payment control**, **operational stability**, and **email/UX polish** across the back office.

 

#### 1. Smarter claim payment adjustments

- **Component:** Back Office Portal (BOP), Claims

We’re introducing a new capability that gives your team more control before money leaves the door:

- Adjust or cancel a **registered claim payment** before it’s sent to the finance system.
- Quickly correct **wrong amounts, currencies or details** without manual workarounds.
- All changes are **fully traceable** and linked to the original transaction for a clear audit trail.
- The feature is **configurable** via settings and permissions.

#### 2. UX & Productivity Improvements

We’ve also delivered several smaller enhancements that improve day‑to‑day work:

- **Cleaner email communication**  
  Tracked emails render more cleanly and are easier to follow in claim communication threads.
- **Better document handling**  
  Claim documents can now be **renamed after upload**, improving search and organisation.
- **General robustness**  
  Fixes across workflows and integrations to reduce edge‑case errors and “stuck” tasks.
