Leading insurance company Watercircles successfully migrated their policy and claims processing systems with Seamless’s modern web-based systems.

Watercircles hittade sin målgrupp genom samarbete med utvalda organisationer och rekommendationer från befintliga kunder. När kundtjänstmedarbetarna talar med kunderna är de inloggade i försäkrings- eller skadesystemen. De kan samtidigt se all relevant information om kunden från CRM-systemet. Till exempel lönsamhet, rekommendationer och vem som är kundens personliga rådgivare.

 

Seamless has been the system supplier and IT-cooperative partner for WaterCircles since their establishment in 2010, and have been responsible for delivery and implementation of both the policy system and the claims system. Integration with the company’s CRM-system was a central factor in WaterCircles choice of IT suppliers.
