Seamless Insure Achieves SOC 1 Compliance

We're proud to share that Seamless Insure has successfully achieved SOC 1 Type I compliance, in accordance with AICPA standards for SOC for Service Organizations (SSAE 18).

What This Means

A SOC 1 report evaluates the design of a service organization's internal controls as they relate to financial reporting. Achieving Type I compliance means an independent third-party auditor has reviewed and confirmed that Seamless Insure's controls are suitably designed to meet these standards as of a specific point in time.

For an insurance platform handling sensitive policyholder data and financial transactions, this isn't a formality — it's proof that the systems our customers and partners rely on are built with rigor and accountability from the ground up.

Why It Matters to Our Customers and Partners

Trust is the foundation of the insurance business. Every day, policyholders share personal and financial information with us, and our partners depend on our systems to process that information accurately and securely. SOC 1 Type I compliance gives our customers and partners independent, third-party assurance that we take that responsibility seriously.

This achievement reflects the work our team has put into strengthening our internal controls, documentation, and processes — not as a one-time project, but as an ongoing commitment to operational integrity.

Looking Ahead

This is one of many milestones in Seamless Insure's broader commitment to security and compliance. We'll continue investing the time and resources needed to protect the data our customers trust us with, and to meet — and exceed — world-class industry standards.

We want to thank Prescient Security for conducting our SOC 1 Type I audit and for their guidance throughout the process.
