February, 2026 – Designing the Next Wave of Improvements
February was about architecture and planning rather than big visible changes. We invested in the design of next‑generation capabilities around data, reporting, migrations and security. These design decisions set the stage for the improvements you’ll see in the following months, ensuring that new features are not just powerful, but also secure, governed and ready for multi‑tenant use.
We’ve introduced a lightweight, standard endpoint in User Service that exposes an application’s name and unique identifier (UID). This improves interoperability across integrations and internal tooling, making it simpler to reference applications consistently and reducing ambiguity when multiple apps interact with the same cases and workflows
Case management is now easier to operate at scale. The Case List can display which application last updated a case, and you can filter cases by the updating application. This improves traceability across distributed processes and helps operations teams quickly understand whether an update came from the back office, an integration, or another system component.
We’ve strengthened the stability of the Pricing service by analysing auto‑scaling behaviour under load and addressing contributing factors. This improves resilience during peak usage and helps ensure pricing remains responsive and reliable as transaction volumes increase.
We’ve improved advanced fleet policy management by ensuring fleet policies and related entities are assigned the correct scope through strengthened API and process logic. This reduces the risk of inconsistent data, supports more predictable downstream processing, and improves overall integrity for fleet portfolios.
