September 25, 2026 – New Guarantee Products, Safer Claim Submission, and Stronger Operational Resilience

This release expands the guarantee product range for the Swedish market, protects customers' in-progress claim submissions, clarifies invoicing for extended guarantees, and strengthens the resilience and security of core processing.

1. New Guarantee Products for the Swedish Market

Component: Guarantee

Two new guarantee products have been set up for Swedish customers: an On-Demand guarantee and a Payment Guarantee. Each comes with its own question set and validation rules, premium calculation and guarantee document template, so that guarantees can be quoted, priced and issued end to end in the same way as existing products. Documents are generated automatically with a consistent naming convention based on the guarantee number and creation date.

Value: Supports market expansion by letting organisations offer a wider guarantee range to Swedish customers, with accurate pricing and professionally formatted documentation from day one.

2. Safeguards for In-Progress Claim Submissions

Component: Customer Portal

Customers who start registering a claim in the Customer Portal now see a confirmation prompt if they try to close the page or navigate away before submitting. The prompt reminds them that their entries may be lost and gives them the chance to stay and finish. It is available in English, Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian, and can be enabled for organisations that offer claims through the portal.

Value: Helps customers complete their claim registrations with less frustration, reducing abandoned submissions and follow-up contacts for claims teams.

3. Clearer Invoice Wording for Extended Guarantees

Component: Guarantee / Finance

When a guarantee is automatically extended by three months because a handover protocol has not yet been received, the resulting instalment is now booked to the accounting system with a dedicated explanatory invoice description. The wording explains the reason for the extension and confirms that the invoice will be credited in full or in part once the protocol is provided. All other invoices keep their standard description.

Value: Gives customers a clear explanation of why an extension has been invoiced, reducing queries to finance teams and supporting smoother resolution once the protocol is received.

4. Resilient Guarantee Processing

Component: Guarantee

Guarantee processing has been strengthened so that a single delayed operation can no longer hold up the guarantees queued behind it. Time limits now apply to database operations, retries and replays are protected so that no duplicate guarantees are created, and visibility of stalled or unsuccessful processing has been improved. Automated monitoring and alerting now flags when guarantee jobs stop progressing, so the team can respond before customers are affected.

Value: Keeps approved guarantees flowing to customers promptly and reliably, even at high volumes, and gives support teams early warning instead of relying on customer reports.

Summary:

This release combines market expansion with everyday reliability: new guarantee products for Sweden, protection for customers filling in claims, clearer invoicing for extended guarantees, and stronger resilience and document controls behind the scenes.
