September 11, 2026 – Conditional Static Documents for Policy Packs
This release lets document teams automatically include the right supporting documents in a policy pack, based on brand and cover selections.

Document builders can now define which static documents, such as terms, conditions and information sheets, are sent with a policy, based on rules tied to the policyholder or to the covers selected. This makes it possible, for example, to send the correct set of documents for each brand an organisation operates, or for each cover a customer has chosen. The conditional documents are shown on the policy details screen and are supported for both email delivery and external delivery services.
Value: Ensures customers always receive the correct supporting documents for their cover, reduces manual document handling, and helps organisations that operate multiple brands or cover options keep their policy packs accurate and consistent.

This release brings new automation and flexibility for finance and operations teams: automated overdue invoice reminders, ordered and resumable claims booking, flexible billing arrangements for guarantees, and an interactive slider for product configuration, alongside tighter access controls for customer segment exports.
