August 28, 2026 – Introducing Generate Document: On-Demand Document Creation in Seamless
We're excited to introduce a new capability to the Seamless platform: Generate Document.
This feature gives your team the ability to create selected documents on demand, right from the Quote and Policy screens — no need to wait for or work around the standard automated document-generation process.
You'll now see a "Generate Document" button available at key points in the platform. With it, users can generate a PDF form based on their specific needs and send it straight to the customer — perfect for the moments where a document needs to be produced manually or on an ad-hoc basis, rather than as part of a standard automated workflow.
Some of the use cases we're already seeing:
Generate Document is launching on the Quote and Policy screens. Support for Claims is planned as a follow-up release.
We're deploying this feature this Friday on the 28th of August. You may start to notice the "Generate Document" button appear over the weekend, and it will be visible to everyone by Monday at the latest.
Here's the important part: the button will be visible to all users right away, but it won't generate a document until your specific templates are configured for this feature. This is a great opportunity to unlock a new, efficient way of producing the documents your team today are handling manually.
