July 30, 2026 – Smarter Purchasing Flows, Stronger Security, and More Accurate Premium Calculations

This release introduces new automation for online and app-based policy purchases, strengthens data security and payment reliability, and enhances the precision of premium and earned-premium calculations for more accurate financial reporting.

1. Proactive Guarantee Invoice Monitoring

Component: Guarantee

The guarantee system now includes enhanced monitoring of invoice synchronization with the external accounting platform, so any discrepancies are identified and addressed proactively as part of ongoing platform oversight.

Value: Gives the team earlier visibility into invoice processing, reducing manual follow-up and speeding up resolution.

2. Expanded Policy Issuance & Document Retrieval for New Product Lines

Component: Underwriting

Groundwork has been completed to support policy issuance and document retrieval for a new insurance product integrated with an external administrator's platform.

Value: Lays the foundation for faster onboarding of new insurance products delivered through third-party administrators.

3. Enhanced Precision for Fleet Policy Mid-Term Adjustments

Component: Pricing / Underwriting

Mid-term adjustments on multi-year fleet policies now apply the object-level pricing method when calculating the adjustment amount, giving a more precise result for policies with varying asset-level periods.

Value: Delivers more precise billing when fleet policy terms change mid-term, supporting revenue accuracy and customer trust.

4. Deep-Link Support for Distribution Portal Document Templates

Component: Documents / Sales

Document templates can now include a reference identifier that links directly back to the originating quote, enabling documents to carry a deep link into the mobile app.

Value: Creates a smoother handoff from generated documents to the mobile app experience, improving the path to purchase for distribution partners.

5. Faster Daily Premium Processing

Component: Underwriting

Building on earlier performance work, the daily premium calculation process has been further optimized.

Value: Reduces processing time and operational risk, ensuring premium data is ready sooner each day.

6. Automatic Start Date Alignment for Online Policy Purchases

Component: Sales

When a customer completes a self-service purchase after a quote has aged past its original date, the system now automatically updates the policy start date to a valid date, keeping the policy period aligned with actual purchase timing.

Value: Reduces fraud risk in self-service purchase channels and removes the need for manual intervention, keeping the online buying experience smooth.

7. Accurate Earned Premium Booking for Backdated Reinsurance Agreements

Component: Reinsurance

Earned premium for reinsurance agreements created after their coverage period has already fully elapsed is now recognized and booked in the current reporting month, aligning reinsurance handling with how this is already managed on the insurance side.

Value: Supports complete and accurate financial reporting for backdated reinsurance business.

8. Automated Document Data Extraction in Back Office

Component: BOP / Documents

Sales agents can now upload a customer document — such as an existing policy or ID — and have key details automatically extracted and pre-filled into the quote, rather than entering the information manually.

Value: Speeds up quote creation, reduces manual data entry errors, and makes it easier to win business from customers switching from another provider.

9. New Payment Gateway for an Additional Product Line

Component: Finance / Sales

Support has been added for a second payment gateway, allowing a new insurance product to be purchased and processed independently from existing products within the same account.

Value: Enables expansion into new product lines without disrupting existing payment flows, supporting growth through new distribution partnerships.

10. Enhanced Payment Finalization Handling

Component: Finance

Payment finalization has been enhanced to handle the full range of confirmation responses returned by payment providers, including confirmations that carry no additional data.

Value: Ensures completed payments are processed smoothly, keeping the purchase experience uninterrupted for customers.

Configurable Start Date Rules for App-Based Purchases

Component: Customer Portal / Sales

Building on the new start-date alignment capability, administrators can now configure, per product and per channel, how the policy start date is calculated when a purchase is completed through the mobile app.

Value: Gives tenants flexible control over purchase timing rules by product and market, without requiring custom development.

Summary:

This release combines forward-looking capability — smarter start-date handling for online and app purchases, automated document data extraction, and a new payment gateway to support product expansion — with important precision: enhanced fleet and reinsurance premium calculations and more resilient payment finalization. Together, these changes make self-service purchasing more trustworthy, financial reporting more precise, and the platform more secure.
