July 6, 2026 – Better data visibility, standardised reporting, and faster access to business insights

The July 2026 release is focused on significantly expanding the platform's data and reporting capabilities. A new suite of standardised reports provides structured visibility across the insurance lifecycle — helping teams access the information they need faster, reduce manual reporting effort, and make better-informed decisions.

1. Policy reporting — clearer portfolio visibility

  • Component: DWH · Reports

The new Policy Report provides structured visibility into active and historical policy portfolios. Teams can access policy data more efficiently for portfolio analysis, operational follow-up, and regulatory reporting — reducing the need to manually compile information from multiple sources.

2. Customer reporting — consolidated customer insights

  • Component: DWH · Reports

The new Customer Report brings customer information into a consistent reporting structure, giving teams easier access to the data needed for customer analysis, relationship management, retention activities, and compliance processes.

3. Sales reporting — better visibility into commercial performance

  • Component: DWH · Reports

The new Sales Report provides structured access to current and historical sales data, helping commercial teams track performance, identify trends, and better understand how sales activity develops over time.

4. Commission reporting — simpler reconciliation and settlement

  • Component: DWH · Reports

The new Commission Report provides structured reporting of commission data, making it easier to review and reconcile commissions across brokers, agents, and other distribution partners. This reduces manual effort and supports more accurate settlement processes.

5. Case reporting — improved operational oversight

  • Component: DWH · Reports

The new Case Report gives operational teams greater visibility into case activity and workloads. Standardised case data makes it easier to monitor volumes, follow operational performance, and identify areas requiring attention.

6. Total Financial Activity — a consolidated view of financial activity

  • Component: DWH · Reports

The new TFA (Total Financial Activity) Report provides a consolidated view of financial activity across the platform, improving transparency into premium flows, payments, adjustments, and related transactions.

7. Cover premium reporting — deeper insight into premium composition

  • Component: DWH · Reports

The new Standard Cover Premium Report provides detailed premium information at cover level, enabling teams to better analyse pricing, premium composition, and product performance.

8. Data warehouse — stronger foundations for reporting and analytics

  • Component: DWH · Reports

Alongside the new reporting suite, the underlying data warehouse pipeline has been updated and deployed across applicable tenants. This provides a more consistent and reliable foundation for reporting while preparing the platform for future analytics capabilities, including dashboards and business intelligence integrations.

Summary:

This release marks an important step forward in how data can be accessed and used across the Seamless platform. With standard reporting available across policies, customers, sales, commissions, cases, financial activity, and cover premiums — we reduce reliance on bespoke reporting and give business users faster access to structured operational data.

The result is a stronger reporting foundation from day one: less manual work, more consistent data, and better visibility across the insurance lifecycle.
