May 12, 2026 – Delivering Security, Data and Migration Enhancements

This release focuses on more reliable data across the platform, smoother daily workflows, and continued security hardening

1. Improved Document Management

  • Component: Document management

We’ve strengthened the capabilities of document management - this will eliminate upload failures for email attachments and documents and improve the end-to-end email tracking and document management workflow.

2. More Flexible Product Configuration

  • Component: Pricing & Underwriting

Product teams can now reference specific columns from multi-column lookup sheets directly in calculated questions — eliminating the need to duplicate data into separate sheets. This simplifies product setup and reduces the risk of configuration drift.

All tenants using product configuration. Simplifies product setup, reduces the risk of data drift between lookup sheets, and gives actuarial/product teams more flexibility when configuring pricing models.

3.  Instantly Updated Policy Status

  • Component: Policy Management

When a policy is replaced, endorsed, or terminated, the updated status is now immediately reflected in search results. No more opening individual policies to verify their true state — what you see in search is what you get.

4.  Self-Service Recovery

When an account holder enters a failed booking state, operations teams can now resolve it directly from the Back Office Portal by clicking "Run now" — no developer intervention or API calls required.

5. 🔒 Security & Infrastructure

We continue to strengthen the platform through ongoing investment in security, scalability, and operational resilience:

  • Enhanced platform security across the .NET ecosystem
  • Completed the strategic migration of all tenant PDF generation services
  • Improved long-running service stability through optimisations in the pricing engine’s product assembly handling and memory management.
  • Advanced our DevOps capabilities
