August 2026 — Reliable Claims, Deeper Insights, and Document Generation Goes Live

We're excited to share the latest improvements to Seamless Insure! This month's update focuses on claims data consistency, reinsurance and policy reporting, and platform integrations — giving your teams cleaner financials, less manual work, and last but not least the launch of Document Generation.

🚚 Policy Administration & Fleet Management

Renewal-gap alerts on policy expiry Policies set to automatically renew are now checked as part of the expiry process, flagging any missing renewals so coverage gaps get caught and resolved before they become a problem.

🗂️ Claims Management

Explicit reserve adjustment transactions Reserve balances are now built from clear ledger transactions rather than back-calculated totals, keeping claim financials consistent and easier to audit.

Auto-attached claim documents from linked cases Documents customers upload through Customer Portal support tickets now appear automatically in the related claim's file, saving handlers a manual step during evidence review.

📊 Insights & Reporting

Standard reports enabled for clients - We continue adding on clients to our full standard reporting suite, built on a scalable dashboard approach with row-level security for multi-tenant data.

Marketing consents added to policy reports Policy reports now include customer marketing consents, supporting better-targeted communication and compliance tracking.

☁️ Platform

Behind the scenes, we invested in the platform itself — tightening document security, refreshing core technical foundations, and making integrations more transparent and efficient. Together, these updates will keep things running smoothly, so your teams can count on a stable, secure platform without having to think about it.

Feature Alert: Generate Document

You'll now see a "Generate Document" button available at key points in the platform. With it, users can generate a PDF form based on their specific needs and send it straight to the customer — perfect for the moments where a document needs to be produced manually or on an ad-hoc basis, rather than as part of a standard automated workflow.

Some of the use cases we're already seeing:

  • IDD (Insurance Product Information Document) generation during the advisory stage
  • Needs questionnaires for customers
  • Other one-off customer communications, confirmations, or certificates
